Shipping policy

Shipping:

1. Costs: for shipping are calculated and vary by customer location, shipping method/provider and whether or not products are being drop shipped directly from the manufacturer(s). Estimated applicable taxes, tariffs and fees are communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation. 

2. Delivery: Jaxxen Inc. shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to fires, floods, natural disasters, acts of God, mechanical/transportation breakdowns, delay of carrier, labor shortages whether or not due to fault of Jaxxen Inc. including any similar or dissimilar cause beyond Jaxxen Inc.'s control. No liability shall be assessed Jaxxen Inc. for such failure or delay in delivery including packages being held up in customs for inspection, documentation, etc..
