Refund policy

Refunds: 

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Jaxxen authorized RMA number and is subject to a fifty percent re-stocking fee. Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted & will remain the financial responsibility of the customer. Damaged merchandise not previously reported to Jaxxen Inc. at time of delivery will not be accepted. No returns whatsoever will be accepted after one year from original delivery date.
